Maintenance Worker

Description:

Full Time Maintenance Worker needed. 7am - 330 pm

Helps with proper function of systems like refrigeration, air-conditioning, ventilation, generators, and extensive heating. Helps with the handling of safety checks, make repairs, and oversee the general maintenance operations of these systems. Perform routine maintenance duties for the building.

Responsibilities: tasks related to carpentry, plumbing, and basic electrician work. You also assist the engineers as needed. Applying new paint, hanging doors, repairing leaks, and handling power tools are your duties as well.
