Nurse Practitioner for Special Needs Patients

TTF is recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our Family Medicine team, providing high-quality, comprehensive outpatient care to patients of all ages. This role is ideal for a provider with a passion for serving diverse communities, particularly those with special needs, and who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

The FNP will report to the Director of Complex Care for day-to-day operations, administrative matters, and provider coordination. Clinical consultation and oversight will be provided by a supervising physician, as designated by the Texas Medical Board, and all care will be delivered in accordance with established clinical protocols and regulatory standards.

We strongly encourage candidates with experience caring for individuals with special needs to apply. Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required.
