Full Time Order Fulfillment Lead (Fri-Mon)

Shift: Friday - Monday : 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Assist Supervisors in warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Complies with the enforcement of warehouse processing through the weekend shift.
• Oversees warehouse production for Pick and Pack production.
• Completes warehouse weekend production requirements through positive influence on work results.
• Maintains warehouse job results by coaching, counseling, and managing employees throughout the shift.

Experience and Education Requirements:

· 2+ years Warehouse Supervision experience, including overseeing pick/pack operations in a 3PL environment. Proven ability to develop and motivate employees to perform at their best. Daily warehouse supervision with a focus on safety management, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Strong track record in supervising warehouse processes to optimize performance, efficiency, and productivity.
