Program Advocate

The A.C.E Sports Academy provides enrichment programming for before, after, and summer school programs. We combine academic skill development, character development/decision making, and sports specific skill development into our curriculum. Our mission is to create a generation of true student athletes.

We are looking for instructors who have heart for young people and believe they can make a difference in the lives of youth. An ideal candidate for Program Advocate is a current or former student athlete who has experience working with youth, excellent communication, creative thinking, time management, and problem-solving skills. The Program Advocate position is a critical role that puts the mission and vision of The A.C.E Sports Academy into action!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Consistently report on time as scheduled, prepared to perform assigned duties and responsibilities during entire scheduled period/shift.

2. Review and understand the purpose of the curriculum as it relates to the mission and vision of A.C.E Sports Academy.

3. Facilitate and implement the A.C.E Sports Academy curriculum as provided by leadership.

4. Ensure the safety of all participants by monitoring and evaluating participants to ensure compliance with rules and prevent accidents.

5. Communicate effectively and appropriately with participants, A.C.E Sports Academy personnel, families, guardians, etc.

6. Prepare, clean, and maintain equipment and academy environments.

7. Report issues (e.g., safety and well-being concerns, equipment issues, student concerns, etc.) in a timely manner according to policies and procedures.
