We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Greenville, Pennsylvania. This is a long-term contract position that requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual to provide exceptional support to our customers. The role involves maintaining strong relationships, managing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Process customer purchase orders promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders are fulfilled and shipped efficiently.
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding order statuses, shipping schedules, and any potential delays.
• Prepare and deliver customized reports based on customer needs.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns with urgency and professionalism.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.
• Offer assistance to colleagues and support other departments as required.
• Carry out additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs.• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with a customer-focused approach.
• Strong skills in order entry and processing.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in both verbal and written formats.
• Experience in call center customer service is highly desirable.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in team settings.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
