Job Description
Pay: $18-$25/hour
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 am- 5 pm
We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our team as a Garage Door Technician. This is an entry-level position with a clear path to advancement. You’ll start as a laborer/helper, working closely with a lead installer to learn the ropes of garage door installation—both commercial and residential. Each day starts at our shop, where you’ll meet your crew and travel together to job sites in the region. You’ll be home every night—no overnight travel required.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in installing garage doors, including:
- Hardwiring doors
- Setting tracks
- Installing springs
- Use hand tools and tape measures with precision
- Learn from experienced leads with the opportunity to grow into a lead role
What We’re Looking For
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license (or ability to obtain one within 6 months)
- Tape measure proficiency
- Team player with a positive attitude

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
