Salary: $140,000 - $180,000

Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Tax Manager to oversee our tax compliance and planning initiatives. The Tax Manager will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the company's tax strategy, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations, and providing insightful analysis to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the preparation and filing of federal, state, and local tax returns.
• Develop and implement effective tax strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors during audits and reviews.
• Identify tax planning opportunities and risks to minimize tax liabilities.
• Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the organization.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff on tax-related matters.
• Prepare and review tax provisions and ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Experience with tax compliance software and accounting systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present complex information clearly
