Job Title: Commercial Flooring Estimator
Location: Tampa, FL area — Multiple Opportunities Across the U.S.
One of our contractor partners is seeking a skilled Commercial Flooring Estimator to join their team. This role is essential in the pre-construction process and offers a clear path toward senior-level estimating or project management roles within the commercial interiors space.
If you're detail-oriented, confident in your takeoffs, and looking to align with a company that values accuracy as much as speed — this could be a great fit.
Flooring Estimator Qualifications:3+ years of commercial flooring estimating experience (tile, LVT, carpet, epoxy, hardwood, etc.)
Proficient in digital takeoff software (PlanSwift, RFMS, MeasureSquare, or similar)
Strong working knowledge of blueprints, specs, material types, and install methods
Able to collaborate with project managers, sales, and installers to ensure accurate scope and pricing
Bonus: Field experience in commercial flooring installation or project management
Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience)
