A well-established law firm in Sacramento is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal with 5+ years of experience in complex litigation, including civil, labor & employment, or real estate matters. Key Responsibilities:

• Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, including discovery, trial prep, and courtroom assistance
• Draft subpoenas, prepare and manage exhibits, coordinate with witnesses, and handle trial logistics
• Conduct legal research and manage large volumes of case documents efficiently

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in complex litigation
• ABA-approved paralegal certificate or bachelor's degree with an attorney declaration required
• Trial experience strongly preferred; unlawful detainer experience is a plus
