About the Role:

We're seeking a Ride A Long Coach- Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical Service Teams to work directly with our Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical technicians in the field. Your mission is to ensure our techs follow our proven systems, deliver 5-star service, and stay accountable to the checklist and standards that drive results. You'll observe, correct, coach, and reinforce proper procedures to maintain top-tier performance and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ride along with technicians in the field to monitor job performance
• Ensure technicians are following standardized checklists and company procedures
• Identify and correct behaviors that do not align with our service system
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback to improve technical and soft skills
• Report trends, training gaps, and wins to department managers
• Support a culture of accountability, integrity, and consistent execution

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in the Plumbing, HVAC, or Electrical trades (field or management)
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Detail-oriented with a passion for systems and process adherence
• Ability to give constructive feedback and hold others accountable
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Nexstar and Service Titan Experience Preferred

Pay Range: $26.00-$35.00 per Hour
