Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with exceptional hospitality, creating a calming first impression
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations across multiple service providers
- Administer AI analysis for scalp and hair assessment, interpret results, and explain findings to guests (comprehensive training provided)
- Guide guests through the botanical bar experience and craft personalized treatment plates for each guest
- Process payments, handle transactions, and manage point-of-sale system
- Conduct consultations to recommend appropriate treatments based on guest needs
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and ensure relaxing ambiance
- Handle guest concerns with grace and find appropriate solutions
- Support retail sales and maintain attractive product displays
- Coordinate with therapists to ensure smooth treatment transitions
What We're Looking For:Experience & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
