Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with exceptional hospitality, creating a calming first impression
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations across multiple service providers
• Administer AI analysis for scalp and hair assessment, interpret results, and explain findings to guests (comprehensive training provided)
• Guide guests through the botanical bar experience and craft personalized treatment plates for each guest
• Process payments, handle transactions, and manage point-of-sale system
• Conduct consultations to recommend appropriate treatments based on guest needs
• Maintain reception area cleanliness and ensure relaxing ambiance
• Handle guest concerns with grace and find appropriate solutions
• Support retail sales and maintain attractive product displays
• Coordinate with therapists to ensure smooth treatment transitions

What We're Looking For:Experience & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Cash handling and POS system experience preferred
