Job Description:
Join a company committed to quality and innovation. As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for performing detailed inspections of incoming, in-process, and finished products. This role supports quality assurance across fiber, medical, and receiving inspection areas. If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to make a difference, this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:
· Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections using established inspection plans
· Use tools including calipers, micrometers, comparators, gauges, and electrical meters
· Document inspection results, log non-conforming materials, and report discrepancies
· Write and maintain Certificates of Conformance (C of C’s) and inspection plans
· Create and print labels; maintain organization and cleanliness of work area

Qualifications and Requirements:
· High school diploma or GED
· Ability to read measurements and use precision inspection tools
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to follow procedures, keep accurate records, and work independently

The base salary range for this position is $36,420–$36,420, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
