Cleaning Help Needed For Disabled Man.

Relatively medium sized home, no stairs, very accessible. 2 small bathrooms, 1 small bedroom, 1 medium office. I'm disabled and need occasional help cleaning things I can't. Floors, dusting, bathroom, etc. I'm looking for someone that can take the initiative to do a walkthrough of the home and identify things that need to be done, if possible.
