Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, high-quality customer support to Spanish-speaking VIP clients through various communication channels.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, addressing any concerns with urgency and professionalism.
• Facilitate a smooth customer experience by anticipating client needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to assist with escalated issues and improve service delivery processes.
• Actively contribute to developing best practices within the customer support team.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in a customer support role, ideally with VIP clientele or in a high-stress environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mentality.
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRMs is advantageous.
