Surrogate Qualifications 

• U.S. citizen  

• Ages 21–40 

• At least one prior uncomplicated pregnancy and delivery 

• No major pregnancy complications 

• Non-smoker, no recreational drug use 

• BMI under 33 

• No prior surrogacy experience required
