Responsibilities

• Offer comprehensive technical support to German-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Engage in troubleshooting and resolving complex hardware and software issues.
• Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and resolutions in our support tracking system.
• Assist clients with product features and provide guidance to enhance their experience.
• Work collaboratively with team members to address escalated issues and improve service delivery.
• Contribute to the creation and updating of support documentation and FAQs.
• Participate in ongoing training and personal development to stay current with industry trends.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and proficient in English.
• Experience in customer support or technical support roles is highly regarded.
