Finnish Speaking Customer Care Agent - Full-time

If you are fluent in Finnish and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, this position is perfect for you. In this role, you will be instrumental in assisting our Finnish-speaking customers, providing them with the support and information they need.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Finnish.
• Offer assistance and detailed information about our products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues swiftly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to address complex inquiries and solutions.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive service improvement initiatives.
• Stay current on product knowledge and company policies to offer informed assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is a must; proficiency in English is also required.
• Experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and listening skills, with a focus on customer care.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation is essential.
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
