• Provide superior customer support to Croatian-speaking clients via various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Respond swiftly to client inquiries and efficiently resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with your team to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions within our CRM system.
• Guide clients through onboarding processes, ensuring they are familiar with our services.
• Assess client needs and propose customized solutions to improve overall satisfaction.
• Engage in continuous training to keep up with product updates and best customer support practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Croatian and English is essential.
• Experience in customer support or client-facing roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on empathy and problem resolution.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM software is beneficial.
• A proactive approach and enthusiasm for client support are crucial.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
