Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Quickly address client inquiries and resolve issues to guarantee a positive experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance service quality and operational effectiveness.
• Keep thorough and organized documentation of client interactions within our CRM system.
• Guide clients through onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition and understanding of our services.
• Assess client needs and recommend tailored solutions to improve satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to remain updated on product changes and superior customer support practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
• Prior experience in customer support or client services is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, with a focus on empathy and effective problem-solving.
• Capacity to work autonomously and juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of customer support tools and CRM software is an asset.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to assist clients are essential.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
