In this essential role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our Finnish-speaking customers, providing exceptional technical support and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding technical support to Finnish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems while delivering timely and effective solutions.
• Help customers understand product features and functionalities, enhancing their overall experience.
• Work closely with internal technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Document customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately in the support ticketing system.
• Stay updated on product changes and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
• Participate in training sessions and contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in technical support or customer service is beneficial.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic understanding of technical concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with help desk software and CRM systems is an asset.
• Positive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
