Dutch Speaking Customer Care Agent - Full-time

Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is seeking a motivated Dutch Speaking Customer Care Agent to enhance our customer service team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our Dutch-speaking customers, addressing their queries and ensuring a stellar experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Provide accurate information regarding our products and services.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective resolutions.
• Record and manage customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with colleagues to handle complex customer requests.
• Solicit customer feedback to aid in service improvement strategies.
• Stay updated with company services, policies, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch, both written and verbal, is essential; knowledge of English is also required.
• Previous experience in customer support or a similar field is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to documentation accuracy.
• Experience with CRM software and customer service tools is beneficial.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if required.
