Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding technical support to Dutch-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues effectively and swiftly.
• Guide customers through product features and functionalities to enhance their experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex inquiries and ensure prompt issue resolution.
• Document customer interactions and technical solutions accurately in the support ticketing system.
• Continuously update knowledge on product changes and industry developments to enhance support quality.
• Engage in team training activities and contribute to improving support workflows.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in technical support or customer service is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot effectively.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with technical concepts and troubleshooting protocols.
• Experience with help desk software and CRM systems is an advantage.
