- Shift: 8 hours, days, evenings, rotating
- Employment Type: Travel
50 wk assignment covering continuous FTE LOA. Rotating day and evening (will vary between 8a and 830p as needed). PT License in NYS. CPR card preferred. Outpatient and EPIC experience highly preferred . Responsible for evaluation, planning, directing and administering treatments, etc. in an effort to restore function and prevent disability following injury.
