PRN Ultrasound Technologist

The Staff Pad is looking for a PRN Ultrasound Technologist to join our client's team at Blue Ridge Medical

Center.

advanced medical imaging techniques. Your expertise will significantly impact our mission to

improve healthcare access and quality in rural areas.

Position Purpose and General Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures, including but not limited to Duplex imaging and

general ultrasound procedures, while providing care to patients through assessment, observation,

and documentation.

Requirements:

 Graduate of a Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation (AMA)

accredited educational program in Radiology Technology; RVS/RDCS preferred.

 Strong knowledge of medical imaging techniques and diagnostic radiology.

 Excellent patient care skills with an emphasis on empathy and communication.

 Familiarity with medical terminology and anatomy is essential.

 Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
