Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with inquiries about products, orders, and returns
• Offer personalized fashion recommendations based on individual customer preferences
• Effectively resolve customer concerns and issues in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
• Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and product knowledge
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, with excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the fashion or retail industry
• A strong passion for fashion and current market trends

• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with customer support software and tools is advantageous
