As a representative, you will serve as the main point of contact for our Swedish-speaking customers, assisting them with their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a delightful experience on our streaming platform. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Swedish-speaking clients through email, chat, and phone.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the streaming service.
• Assist customers with account management, features, and subscription inquiries.
• Maintain precise records of all customer interactions in our support database.
• Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve more complex issues as needed.
• Participate in training sessions to stay informed about the latest platform updates and service improvements.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous customer support experience is advantageous, but motivated newcomers are encouraged to apply.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Familiarity with streaming services or related technologies is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
• Must have a stable internet connection for remote work.
• Valid EU Passport or ID is necessary.
