Estonian Speaking Customer Care Agent - Full-time

Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is excited to announce an opportunity for an Estonian Speaking Customer Care Agent to join our dedicated customer service team. If you are fluent in Estonian and have a passion for helping customers, this role is an excellent match for you. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for our Estonian-speaking customers, ensuring they receive the support and information they need.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Estonian.
• Provide information on products and services to assist customer needs.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to address more complex customer requests.
• Gather feedback from customers to support service improvement efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with company products, policies, and industry trends to provide effective assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in Estonian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is also required.
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to customer needs.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accurate documentation.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is beneficial.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
