Furniture Handler

• Assist in the setup and breakdown of stadium equipment including flooring, seating, barricades, stages, and signage

• Safely load and unload trucks with event materials

• Move, lift, and position heavy items using dollies, carts, and lifts

• Follow instructions from shift leads and supervisors

• Ensure work areas are kept clean, organized, and safe

• Work cooperatively with team members to meet timelines

• Adhere to safety protocols and use PPE as required

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs repeatedly
• Comfortable working on your feet for long periods
• Punctual, dependable, and able to follow direction

Please note: Shift durations are estimates and may vary depending on workload. You are guaranteed a minimum of 4 hours, but you may be asked to leave earlier if the work is completed. Shifts typically run between 4–8 hours, and we do our best to provide an accurate estimate in advance.

Commercial Moving

When working as a commercial mover through Bluecrew, you may be expected to do any and all of the following:

• Working in a small or large team to relocate furniture, boxes, or other miscellaneous items
• Working on your feet at a fast pace for the entirety of the shift
• Safely lifting and moving heavy boxes or other heavy items, up to 75 pounds in weight
• Reaching, crouching, bending over, and other physically strenuous activities as required by the immediate supervisor
• Comfortable working around large trucks, pallet jacks, or other moving equipment as needed
• There may be a specific dress code, but if it is not listed, please make sure to wear close-toed shoes and pants.

It is important to Bluecrew that you go home in the same healthy state that you came to work in, so please do not accept this assignment if you cannot fulfill all of the above duties.
