In this role, you will assist our Nordic-speaking clients by handling their inquiries and resolving issues via email. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively will be essential in building positive customer relationships and ensuring their satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries and issues through email correspondence in a prompt and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding our products and services to enhance customer understanding.
• Document all customer interactions and resolutions clearly in the relevant systems.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and boost overall customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on product offerings and related updates to provide informed support.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement.

Requirements

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer support, particularly in an email-focused role, is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent written communication skills, emphasizing professionalism and clarity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to effectively resolve customer inquiries.
• Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• A collaborative mindset with a commitment to achieving team goals.
• Familiarity with email support systems and ticketing software is a plus.
