What You'll Do:

• Provide skilled nursing care to a ventilator- and tracheostomy-dependent client
• Monitor vitals, administer medications, and perform assessments
• Collaborate with family and care team to ensure high-quality care
• Maintain accurate documentation

What You Bring:

• Current WA RN license (required)
• Ventilator and trach care experience (required)
• Home care or 1:1 care experience preferred
• Compassion, reliability, and clinical excellence
