What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily operations including scheduling, recruiting, billing/payroll, and administrative workflows
• Supervise and support a team of office and field staff
• Ensure client satisfaction and continuity of care
• Implement systems to improve efficiency, quality, and compliance
• Contribute to strategic growth initiatives and performance goals

What We're Looking For:

• Active LPN or RN license
• Experience in healthcare operations or team leadership preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfort with accountability, quotas, and operational targets
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to grow with the company
