- Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to offer informed solutions.
- Collaborate with team members and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a similar industry or retail environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

- High level of professionalism and a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
