Customer Service Associate-
Are you a highly organized and empathetic communicator with a passion for helping others? We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for our pharmacy customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience and the support they need to provide vital care to their patients.
What You'll Do:
Customer Support: Serve as the main point of contact for pharmacy clients, addressing their questions and concerns via phone and email with professionalism and empathy.
Order Management: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any order-related issues.
Account Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system, ensuring all interactions are logged and documented.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our pharmaceutical products, helping customers with inquiries and guiding them to the right solutions.
What You'll Bring:
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and patient demeanor.
Experience: Proven experience in a customer service role.
Organizational Skills: A strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues efficiently.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software and other office tools.
