What You’ll Be Doing:

• Enter and process customer orders with speed and accuracy

• Prepare shipping documents and coordinate with logistics

• Research and respond to customer inquiries—be the person who has the answers

• Maintain and update internal sales and performance reports

• Process warranty claims promptly and correctly

• Work closely with other departments to make sure customers are satisfied

• Keep sales policies followed and processes running smoothly

What You Bring:

• Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Comfort learning and using proprietary software

• Great attention to detail—you notice the small stuff before it becomes big stuff

• Clear written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Some college or office experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment is a plus, but not required

Bonus Points For:

• Previous customer service or inside sales experience

• Experience with order entry systems or ERP software

• A knack for keeping multiple tasks moving without letting details slip
