Maintenance Technicians needed for High End Condo Towers in the San Diego / UTC Area. Hotel Engineer / Apartment Maintenance work history would be a good fit for this job. Temp to hire/permanent job opportunity!
- Must have a clean appearance be a good communicator. Bilingual preferred (English /Spanish)
- Must have handyman type skills such as basic carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical...
- Two shifts from 8:00AM to 5:00PM starting on varying days.
- Must be friendly and customer service focused.
- Must be able to take and follow detailed directions.
- Must be able to have consistent and good attendance and show up on time.
