In addition to supporting our clients, families, and community members, we are committed to providing a safe, rewarding, and enjoyable employee experience, as none of this is possible without a talented, dedicated, and motivated team of RBTs and BCBAs.

Your primary responsibility will be to conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's needs. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including parents, educators, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure a comprehensive approach to care. Additionally, you will provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Ultimately, your work will contribute to enhancing the quality of life for clients and their families, promoting positive behavioral changes and skill development.
