Apex Connections is actively hiring a Customer Consultant to join our sales team! We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, driven and looking for a career not just a job!
This is a full-time, entry-level position focused on expanding product outreach across the greater Charlotte area. You'll be part of a collaborative, in-person team environment surrounded by driven, like-minded professionals.
Experience:
- Our training program is customized to your needs and includes ongoing mentorship to support your success.
- At least 18 years old
- Customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Build strong customer relationships with a solution-oriented mindset
- Support merchandising and daily operational tasks
- Drive customer acquisition and enhance existing customer accounts
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Demonstrate dependability and uphold strong ethical standards
