Apex Connections is actively hiring a Customer Consultant to join our sales team! We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, driven and looking for a career not just a job! 

This is a full-time, entry-level position focused on expanding product outreach across the greater Charlotte area. You'll be part of a collaborative, in-person team environment surrounded by driven, like-minded professionals.

Experience:
  • Our training program is customized to your needs and includes ongoing mentorship to support your success.
  • At least 18 years old
  • Customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Build strong customer relationships with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Support merchandising and daily operational tasks
  • Drive customer acquisition and enhance existing customer accounts
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
