This is a 13 week contract in a LTC SNF facility
5x8 scheduling - variable/rotating shift
this rate includes private 1 bed 1 bath housing, flights to and from up to $500 each way, and a rental car for the duration of the contract
Hours here are guaranteed.
Requirements are
Hawaii license or willingness to apply
recent long term care experience in a long term care facility
2+ years as LPN
covid vaccination (required by facility)
American Heart Association BLS
valid drivers license and proof of car insurance
