The technician will act as a trusted advisor to homeowners, ensuring safety, code compliance, and customer satisfaction through high-quality workmanship and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Install electrical components including panels, outlets, fixtures, surge protectors, and wiring.
• Conduct in-home consultations to assess electrical needs and offer customized solutions.
• Present service options, estimates, and recommendations in a clear and professional manner.
• Generate sales based on customer needs.
• Ensure all work is compliant with local codes and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.

Requirements

• Licensed electrician- Preferred Tradesman/Journeyman/Master license
• Proven experience in residential electrical work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales experience or demonstrated ability to identify and close opportunities.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
