Physical Therapist
Salary: From $80,000/year (Based on Experience Negotiable)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional evenings, weekends, and extended hours
Setting: Clinic

Position Summary:
Provide patient-centered physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation to help patients achieve functional goals. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and maintain accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient condition, set goals, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver appropriate physical therapy interventions
• Document findings and progress in medical records
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants as needed
• Operate and maintain therapy equipment safely
• Educate patients and families on therapy and exercises
• Comply with reporting standards, policies, and regulations

Qualifications:

• Current license to practice Physical Therapy in Oregon (or eligibility to obtain)
• Current BLS certification
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work with diverse populations
• Willingness to work occasional evenings/weekends
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role
