Geriatrics Nurse Practitioner

LOCUM NURSE PRACTITIONER FAMILY MEDICINE OCEANPORT, NJ

Location: Oceanport, NJ Setting: Geriatric Primary Care Schedule: Mon Fri 8AM 5PM Start Date: ASAP 3 month contract with extensions

ROLE OVERVIEW:

• Provide primary care to PACE patients
• Patient volume: 2-8 per day
• EMRs: PCO
• Supported by CMA and nurses

REQUIREMENTS:

• Board Certified NP
• Active NJ license
• BLS, ACLS, CDS, and DEA
• Minimum 2 year of primary care experience, with geriatric populations
