• Perform diagnostic testing in Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Blood Bank, Clinical Microscopy, and Immunology

• Assist with maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and lab accreditation requirements

• Provide support and training to technical staff as needed

• Oversee and coordinate Point-of-Care testing operations

• Independently troubleshoot and resolve testing discrepancies

• Act as a liaison between the lab and clinical teams, ensuring clear communication and prompt issue resolution

• May include occasional phlebotomy tasks
