Salad Cook - Full-time / Part-time

The Black Whale is the premier high-volume, waterfront restaurant (250 seats, over $10,000,000 in sales) on the South Coast of MA. We are relentlessly committed to over-the-top hospitality while serving Innovative Coastal Cuisine. We are part of Servedwell Hospitality, operators of Cisco New Bedford, The Sail Loft, The Brotherhood of Thieves and more. We are seeking experienced line cooks with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our highly successful and growing restaurant company!

Applicants must possess a genuine passion for food, essential culinary skills, ability to work on a large team and a desire for continuous improvement. This job is not without its challenges, one must be levelheaded in the face of adversity and volume. Our company's mission is to grow all cooks into future chefs and leaders of the industry.

• Ability to read recipes and memorize and replicate food production procedures.

• Coordination in using kitchen utensils and equipment.
