Chicken Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Removing chicken from the freezer, placing on trays, loading into the thawing cabinet, and rotating as needed
• Preparing raw chicken into filets by hand (not with a knife)
• Responsible for cleaning out the work area, including the thawing cabinet
• Checking for product quality and consistency, including using the FIFO method
• Assisting leadership in other kitchen tasks as needed
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures
