Team Member Responsibilities:
- Follow all uniform and appearance standards.
- Execute the Core Four with the guests and the team.
- Create a clean and safe environment by keeping the restaurant neat and organized.
- Deliver fast and accurate service by being quick, but not hurried.
- Create safe and craveable food by following all Chick-fil-A procedures.
- Deliver genuine hospitality by using guest names and sharing warm welcomes and fond farewells.
- Anticipate guest needs by paying attention to details and using emotional intelligence.
- Be generous by surprising and delighting guests.
