Chick-fil-A at Kentlands Square is a locally owned and operated in restaurant, located in Kentlands, Gaithersburg MD that exists to be a positive influence and leave a lasting impact on our team members, guests and community.

Chick-fil-A at Kentlands is hiring part-time team members to work in our restaurant. We are looking for applicants who are consistent and reliable, have a cheerful and positive attitude, value teamwork, and love serving and helping others. Our goal is to produce remarkable food for our guests by preparing and cooking food to our Chick-fil-A standards.

Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Team-oriented, positive, dependable, strong work ethic, adaptable. 
• Must have Saturday availability.
• Ability to work in a fast-pace environment.
• Keep all work areas neat, clean, and orderly at all times.
• Prepare, cook and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Follow all food Safety Procedures.
• Work safely around all restaurant equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Leaders.
• Always adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Carry out instructions given by the Leadership Team and Operator.

Job Types: Part-time

Pay: $16.75 per hour

Work Location: In person

• Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have a source of reliable transportation
• Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low
• Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
• Works in hot, noisy and fast paced environment
• Mobility required during shifts
• Must work well under pressure
• Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
