Position Details:

• Coverage Needed: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Orientation: New providers will receive comprehensive orientation the day before scheduled call to ensure a smooth transition.
• Commitment: We require candidates who can commit to the entire schedule and coverage period, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.

Job Highlights:

• Inpatient & Outpatient Care: Provide comprehensive care to patients across both settings, ensuring continuity of treatment.
• Patient Load: Expect an average of 15 patients per day per provider, allowing for focused, quality care.
• Certifications: BLS certification is required to ensure patient safety and well-being.
• Call Coverage: Some call may be required; however, nights and weekends are not included, offering a balanced work-life schedule.
• On-Call Arrangements: You are not required to remain on-site while on call, providing flexibility and autonomy in your schedule.
• Procedures: No ICU/critical care procedures or ER backup duties are required, allowing you to focus solely on oncology care.
• Electronic Health Records: Utilize EPIC Oncology EHR for seamless documentation and patient management.

• Hospital: Our facility is a 117-bed hospital equipped with advanced medical services, including a Level III Intermediate Care Nursery, Same Day Surgery Center, Orthopedics, Cardiology, Critical Care Unit, Urology, and OBGYN services.
