Responsibilities - Auto Dealership Title Clerk:

• Prepare and process vehicle title and registration documents 
• Submit title paperwork to the appropriate agencies in a timely manner
• Handle payoff and lien release coordination
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle purchases and sales
• Verify vehicle titles, odometer readings, and supporting documents
• Communicate with customers, banks, and state agencies as needed
• Assist with inventory tracking and audits
• Perform other duties as requested

Requirements - Auto Dealership Title Clerk:

• Automotive Title Clerk experience is preferred but not required
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Good accounting and organizational skills
• Strong attention to details 
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Able to read and comprehend documents 
• A positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance
