Loan Pricing Supervisor - Full-time

We are seeking a Loan Pricing Supervisor to oversee and support underwriting and pricing decisions for our Small Business Loan portfolio.

Essential responsibilities include:

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for loan applications
• Review bank statements and credit profiles to evaluate risk
• Establish pricing structures aligned with risk exposure
• Analyze risk/reward opportunities and improve pricing strategy
• Test and evaluate pricing innovations
• Supervise day-to-day Pricing & Funding operations
• Coach and mentor loan pricing analysts to improve decision-making consistency
• Partner with Pricing Manager to ensure consistent application and improvement of pricing strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in underwriting, risk, finance, or analytics
• 1–2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Strong understanding of financial analysis and risk modeling
• Familiarity with credit bureaus and risk assessment tools
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Willingness to travel to Miami for initial training
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
• Monday–Friday, standard business hours
• On-site position based in Salt Lake City, Utah
