div h4Job Details/h4 divstrongJob Location/strong: nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;Florence, OR/div divstrongPosition Type/strong: nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;Part Time/div divstrongSalary Range/strong: nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;Undisclosed/div /div h4Description/h4pstrongStarting Wage: $20.00 hour/strong/p pnbsp;/p pThe Bonfire Line Cook is responsible for cooking and plating all Bonfire food orders in an efficient and attractive manner while adhering to TRCR sanitation and safety standards./p pnbsp;/p pstrongESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES/strong/p ul li pHandles multiple food tickets quickly, efficiently and accurately including steaks, chops and fish cooked precisely to guestrsquo;s order.nbsp;/p /li li pPrepares food by closely following procedures and recipes set forth by the Bonfire Chef./p /li li pFollows plate presentation specifications as directed by Bonfire procedures./p /li li pEnsures that all food is handled and cooked properly to ensure guest safety.nbsp;/p /li li pInforms Bonfire Chef of any kitchen problems or deficiencies that may arise./p /li li pKeeps all foods rotated and fresh using the FIFO method (first in first out)./p /li li pNotates depleted items for reorder.nbsp;/p /li li pHelps out in the dish pit and all areas of kitchen cleaning as time permits./p /li li pCompletes side duties and prep list as directed by the Bonfire Chef in a timely and efficient manner./p /li li pClosely follows the Famp;B department health and personal hygiene policy./p /li li pOther duties as directed by management.nbsp;/p /li /ul pnbsp;/p pstrongWORK ENVIRONMENT/strong/p pWhile performing the duties of this job, Team Members may be exposed to secondhand tobacco smoke, including regular exposure for those working on the casino floor.
